Every asset is tracked by OEM serial number, Client Asset Tag and PlanITROI unique ID. PlanITROI’s systems capture each action that was taken with an asset, including but not limited to data sanitation, which technician worked on it and for how long, any repairs or parts that were required.
Yes, PlanITROI provides detailed transparent reporting on a serialized level on demand through our client portal as well as in monthly and quarterly business reviews. It is important for PlanITROI to communicate all relevant trends and analytics to help clients save and make money. Additionally PlanITROI provides clients with it’s own user portal, PlanITvision. PlanITvision enables real-time visibility, reporting, and analytics for every serialized asset you entrust us with. In addition to monthly and quarterly reporting PlanITvision provides clients unparalleled access into their business—24/7/365. The whole process—from procurement, deployment, repair, redeployment, retirement to resell or recycle. PlanITvision is a real-time dashboard view into your data and metrics, reported and customized just the way you want.
PlanITROI will comply with any and all reporting in accordance with client requirements. All Reporting will be made available to client in real time through the PlanITVision Portal. PlanITROI currently provides these standardized reports to its client’s as well as a library of other customizable reports:
- Receiving Reports – report of all goods collected by category, manufacturer, model number, client asset tag, serial number, and weight. Once assets are received into the system a receiving report can be downloaded from the PlanITVision portal, or requested. This report details the PlanITROI unique asset number (PlanID) and asset detail for each item that has been received by PlanITROI
- Discrepancy Reports – when clients request that all units be matched up by serial number or asset tag a discrepancy report is created to compare what we received in house vs. what a client sent by category, manufacturer, model number, client asset tag, serial number, and weight.
- Audit Reports – cosmetic and functional grading of each asset by category, manufacturer, model number, and client asset tag, serial number, and weight.
- Certificate of Destruction- Certificates of Destruction are created for any and all devices including hard drives or any other device recycled. Certificates of Destruction include: category, manufacturer, model number, and client asset tag, serial number, weight, date and time of destruction, and personnel responsible for destruction.
- Monthly Financial Reporting- clients are provided a total activity summary each month that details all services rendered during the time period. Each report must be printed and reviewed by PlanITROI to ensure that the client is being charged the proper amount for services. This serves as the financial summary for client activity and is broken down by each serialized asset that has been received.
PlanITROI has been ensuring Transparent Chain of Custody for clients through PlanITROI’s online tool, PlanITvision, along with our ISO physical process and procedure both onsite at client locations and offsite at PlanITROI’s facilities.
