Since 2001, PlanITROI has processed over 60 million media devices (HDD, Tape, SSD, Flash, etc.) and destroying massive amounts of data stored on them, we have never had an incident of client’s confidential information being exposed.
Our methodology for the protection of client information is sound and based on industry practices. Additionally, PlanITROI can provide tamper-proof boxes and witnessed destruction for any site, and region per client request.
PlanITROI does not require a minimum volume of hard drives for on-site services as long as PlanITROI is already performing other services on-site.
PlanITROI provides clients with on-site erasing of solid state and magnetic hard drives.
PlanITROI provides certificates of destruction for data destruction performed onsite.

PlanITROI trains all of our on-site technicians by shadowing a manager from PlanITROI’s headquarters on-site at client facilities. This way PlanITROI’s headquarters manager can adjust PlanITROI’s process without compromise to client's and PlanITROI’s data destruction policies.
PlanITROI’s onsite technician accurately inventories storage devices that are destroyed at client sites by entering the assets into PlanITROI’s online database, PlanITvision. Disposing of the destroyed hard drives consists of placing the remnants of the destroyed hard drives in a locked sealed bin. The locked bin is wrapped in black plastic and sent back to PlanITROI’s Denville, NJ facility via FedEx Secure freight for recycling.
