Introduction Pilot Plan at PlanITROI Contract Agreement and Onboarding

Client provides company information, user contact information, and site locations that need to be serviced.

Client requests pick-up through portal after completing logistics questionnaire for each location prior to pick-up and uploads assets sheet.

Logistics partner will pick-up assets based on service level necessary: pick and pack, client pre-packed assets in own packaging, or client pre-packed in PlanITROI packaging.

Clients receive a monthly and quarterly report detailing summary of all services and sales rendered. Additional reports provided – Receiving Reports, Audit Reports, Certificates of Destruction, Discrepancy Reports.

PlanITVision Portal provides real time metrics for all assets inbound and currently at PlanITROI. New Client Users and training provided by Client Services Account Manager.

PlanITROI Client Services Account Manager to schedule monthly call and webinar to review new trends, quarterly and monthly reports, issue resolution, and Client Gap Analysis.
