This strategic move solidifies the company’s mission of conquering the digital divide and fostering a circular economy.
Tim Suhling Joins as Chief Revenue Officer
Tim Suhling has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer at PlanITROI. In this capacity, Tim is responsible for executing PlanITROI’s mission to change lives with affordable technology by facilitating the placement of recertified and refurbished computing devices into the hands of lower-income students, families, and businesses. Tim will also work closely with PlanITROI’s supply clients to maximize their recovery while minimizing their costs and reducing their environmental risks through a data-secure approach.
Before joining PlanITROI, Tim served as Ingram Micro Inc.’s Vice President of Global Business Intelligence & CMO EMEA Marketing. Since 2016, Tim has overseen European inside sales, EMEA marketing, global data science practice, global demand generation solutions, and pricing analytics. His extensive background in technology and marketing uniquely positions him to drive PlanITROI’s growth.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from DePaul University.
Dawn Kerwick Appointed as Chief Marketing Officer
Dawn Kerwick, an accomplished professional with over 25 years of marketing and event management experience, has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at PlanITROI. Dawn’s previous role spanned a 22-year tenure as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at ePlus Technology, a publicly traded $3 billion systems integrator and reseller.
As CMO, Dawn will focus on elevating and promoting PlanITROI’s unique value proposition of creating a more digitally inclusive world, showing our clients, customers, and partners how to emphasize the “S” in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). She will provide guidance to our supply clients on the importance of amplifying their circular impact through 100% transparent, cost-neutral Social, Environmental, and Data Secure IT asset disposition programs. Dawn’s extensive background in technology solutions and services marketing, including her ability to strategically shape and execute branding initiatives, develop impactful campaigns, and create revenue-generating demand and lead programs, will be instrumental in advancing PlanITROI’s social mission: ensuring that as many refurbished and recertified devices as possible reach the individuals who need them most.
Greg Saxon Joins as Executive Vice President, of Global Operations
In his capacity as the new EVP of Global Operations, Greg will lead and scale the company’s growth and enhance its worldwide business operations. This includes overseeing key areas such as manufacturing and production, logistics, customer service, and IT.
Before joining PlanITROI, Greg served as Vice President of Value Chain Operations at Aventiv. Since 2006 Greg has served in operational roles of increasing complexity across multiple industries. His extensive background in operational excellence and quality assurance uniquely positions him to drive PlanITROI’s growth.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics (Applied Mathematics) from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business (Security).
Ryan Sobieski Takes Charge as Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources
Ryan Sobieski, a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Management professional with over two decades of experience has been appointed as PlanITROI’s Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources. In this role, Ryan will leverage his expertise, driving operational change, and building high-performance teams through training and development to accelerate sustainable outcomes for the organization.
Ryan’s passion for helping others is a perfect fit for impacting the digital divide. He will play a pivotal role in developing a world-class diverse talent team at PlanITROI while building a center of excellence in training and development, helping PlanITROI fulfill its mission of changing lives through affordable technology.
Before joining PlanITROI, Ryan held several HR leadership positions including Vice President of Operations for Spark Companies, overseeing recruitment firms across various North American industries as well as Director at Rocket Companies, leading recruitment teams across 20 entities, helping grow holistic headcount from 3,000 team members to over 18,000 in seven years.
Jennifer Babcock Assumes Role as Director of Client Success
Jennifer Babcock, with 20 years of experience at a leading IT Value-Added Reseller (VAR), has been appointed as PlanITROI’s Director, Client Success. Throughout her career, Jennifer has focused on optimizing IT asset management and lifecycle services, guiding clients from acquisition to disposition while driving sustainability and social responsibility initiatives forward.
In her new position, Jennifer will assist PlanITROI’s clients in harnessing the benefits of a secure, purpose-driven IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) program. Utilizing PlanITvision™, PlanITROI’s proprietary platform, Jennifer will provide 24/7 reporting and social impact maps to maximize the reuse of retired IT assets, all while making a difference in the lives of lower-income students, families, and businesses. Her dedication is centered on helping our clients recognize the transformative potential of their retired IT devices, enabling second users with opportunities to learn and earn through access to affordable technology. This approach not only aligns with ESG objectives but also creates a meaningful and positive social impact.
